From design to completion, we take care of your entire project : assessing the existing conditions, making blueprints and technical plans, managing structural issues, selecting and designing materials, coordinating with craftsmen and supervising construction…

We manage every step to deliver an interior that excites you, handling unexpected issues and administrative formalities for you. You entrust us with your space; we return it transformed.

Pricing : 14% of the pre-tax renovation budget, plus a fixed fee for handling structural issues (applications to the co-ownership and planning authorities).

We work on the layout, select furniture, colors, textiles and accessories to create a harmonious and personalized atmosphere.

Do you need an expert opinion before committing? During a consultation, we discuss your project, constraints and aspirations. We provide concrete recommendations (layout, colors, materials, sources of inspiration) to help you secure your purchase or move forward with confidence, at your own pace.

Fee: €600 incl. tax for a 2-hour consultation.
